I had been thinking about starting a blog on Food & Cooking for a long time. Enjoying world cuisines and cooking whenever I can has been a highly passionate hobby and I wish I can use this blog to just explore some of the thoughts, views, experiences and observations.

  1. I fully endorse your view that texture is more important than taste when one goes out to eat in a restaurant.
    I believe that all those who serve food in dim light, do so to hide the texture.Taste always comes secondary.
    Best wishes from a witness to all the wonderful(in taste and texture both) cooking u did in the last few months.
